We elevated the classic peanut butter cookie by adding peanut butter chips! By simply adding a 1/2 cup of peanut butter to the mix along with 1 egg and a stick of butter you are ready to bake delicious peanut butter cookies that are enhanced with peanut butter chips.   Makes two dozen cookies.
